		<description>The video connector inside the laptop has come loose or damaged because of the fall. This can cause the screen to go completely white as it fails to get any signal from the video unit.

You can try reconnecting the video cable. If not, then the screen has to be replaced.</description>

		<description>You probably already know the answer.  The fall caused a catastrophic hardware failure, probably the LCD.  Not much you can do except take it to a repair shop and get an estimate on what it will cost to fix it.  Sorry.</description>
