how to reformat my laptop?

I have an Acer 10-inch mini-notebook screen. and recently got a worm. Well, I cnt even log into my computer. I try to log on and I shall return from the login menu. I even tried to do in safe mode and it does the same. It has no hard drive, its cause a mini-laptop. How do I reformat and start with only the original factory settings again?
